Captured on this recording is Traditional Irish Music played from the heart, without compromise, where the quality of the tunes takes precedence over the skill of the musician. There is on this album an incredible understanding of the music between Maureen and Martin, and the synergy between piano and accordion is a joy to listen to, with each complementing the other. It is fitting that Martin's two sons, Karl and Damien Connolly, are also featured on this recording, two great musicians, and both their contributions are superb. This album is a gem that will be appreciated by music lovers and music critics alike.

This album was produced in 1999 for the USA market, it is released in Ireland for the first time in 2023 as part of a tribute to the late Martin Connolly who passed away in July 2021.
